Amikor a vwdepo.hu szolgáltatásait használja, azzal egyben ránk, mint adatkezelőre bízza bizonyos személyes adatait. Ezen Adatkezelési nyilatkozat célja, hogy segítse az érintettet annak megértésében, hogy milyen adatokat gyűjtünk, miért gyűjtjük és mire használjuk azokat. Meghatározások

Személyes adat – bármely azonosított vagy azonosítható természetes személyre vonatkozó információ.
Feldogozás – any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data.
Adatalany – a natural person whose Personal Data is being Processed.
Gyermek – a natural person under 16 years of age.

Adatvédelmi alapelvek

Megígérjük, hogy a következő adatvédelmi elveket követjük:

Az adatalany jogosultságai

Az adatalany az alábbi jogokkal rendelkezik:

Right to object to automated Processing – meaning you have the right to object to automated Processing, including profiling; and not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated Processing. This right you can exercise whenever there is an outcome of the profiling that produces legal effects concerning or significantly affecting you.

  9. Right to lodge a complaint – in the event that we refuse your request under the Rights of Access, we will provide you with a reason as to why. If you are not satisfied with the way your request has been handled please contact us.
  10. Right for the help of supervisory authority – meaning you have the right for the help of a supervisory authority and the right for other legal remedies such as claiming damages.

Közösségi Beépülő Modulok

Honlapunkon használjuk a közösségi hálók beépülő moduljait („beépülő modulok”), különösen a Facebook „Megosztás” vagy „Megosztás az ismerősökkel” gombját. A Facebook honlapját, a facebook.com-ot a Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA) üzemelteti. A Facebook.com-ért a Facebook Ireland Limited (Hanover Reach, 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2, Írország) a felelős Európában. A beépülő modulok általában Facebook logóval vannak megjelölve.

A Facebook mellett a „Google+” (szolgáltató: Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), a „Twitter” (szolgáltató: Twitter, Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103) és a „Pinterest” (szolgáltató: Pinterest Inc., 808 Brannan Street San Francisco, CA 94103, USA) beépülő moduljait is használjuk.

Az adatok csak akkor kerülnek továbbításra a közösségi hálók részére, ha Ön a megfelelő közösségi háló gombjára kattint. Ebben az esetben az internetböngészője kapcsolódik az érintett közösségi háló szervereihez. A megfelelő gombra kattintással (pl.: „Továbbítás”, „Megosztás” vagy „Megosztás ismerősökkel”) Ön beleegyezik abba, hogy a böngészője kapcsolatot teremt az érintett közösségi háló szervereivel, és továbbítja a használati adatokat a közösségi háló megfelelő üzemeltetőjéhez és fordítva. Ha bejelentkezett a beépülő modul szolgáltatójához, az általunk gyűjtött adatait közvetlenül hozzárendelik a beépülő modul szolgáltatójánál meglévő fiókjához. Ha az aktivált gombra kattint, és például kapcsolódik az oldalhoz, a beépülő modul szolgáltatója is tárolja az információt a felhasználói fiókjában és nyilvánosan megosztja azt az Ön ismerőseivel. Javasoljuk, hogy rendszeresen jelentkezzen ki a közösségi háló használata után, különösen mielőtt aktiválja a gombot, így elkerülheti, hogy Önt hozzárendeljék a beépülő modul szolgáltatójánál meglévő profiljához.

Kapcsolatfelvételi információ

Az érintett bármikor panasszal élhet az adatkezeléssel kapcsolatban a Wendellpress Bt-nél. Az Adatkezelő elérhetőségei: (email cím: info@vwdepo.hu, telefon: +3630-323-0102). Az adatvédelmi kapcsolattartó a panasz beérkezésétől számított 30 napon belül kivizsgálja a hozzá érkezett panaszokat, szükség szerint intézkedik, és a kivizsgálás eredményéről és megtett intézkedésekről értesíti az érintettet.

Amennyiben az érintett nem ért egyet a Wendellpress Bt. vizsgálatának eredményével, intézkedésével, vagy úgy véli, hogy személyes adatainak kezelésével összefüggésben jogsérelem éri, a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatósághoz (postacím: 1530 Budapest, Pf.: 5.; cím: 1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c.; telefonszám: +36 (1) 391-1400; fax: +36 (1) 391-1410; e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; web: http://naih.hu) vagy az illetékes bírósághoz fordulhat (ideértve az Ön lakóhelye szerint illetékes törvényszéket).
